Skilled Negotiator and his Negotiating skills helped in conducting Mishing Autonomous Councils (MAC) Elections after a long gap of 22 years. He was the Returning Officer for MAC with the majority of the population falling under his jurisdiction.His well earned reputation as a Crisis Manager was approved where he successfully managed Relief and Disaster operations in Dhemaji District which is a drought prone area and the wettest place
in the country on the right bank of Brahmaputra. He modernized his subdivision as sub divisional magistrate Jonai, where a lot of works like Construction of Public Park, Modernization of Circuit House, Modernization of Office etc. were carried out. He believes anyone can work provided he gets the proper environment.
